At Plush Jewels we ship handcrafted artificial jewellery across Canada and the United States. This policy explains how delivery works.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States only.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address, the carrier, and package weight — so you always see the exact cost before you pay. Cross-border (US) shipments are generally higher than domestic Canadian shipments.

4. Currency

All prices and shipping charges are shown and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are ordering from the United States, your bank will convert the amount to USD at their exchange rate.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are provided at checkout where available. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier or customs delays.

6. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also track it any time from your order page or on our Track Your Order page using your tracking or order number.

7. US Orders – Customs & Duties

Parcels shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to import duties or fees set by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
