1. Our Products — Artificial Jewellery

All jewellery sold by Plush Jewels is artificial (imitation / costume) jewellery. Pieces are made from base-metal alloys with plating, glass stones, and simulated (AD / Kundan-style) stones — they are not gold, silver, platinum, or genuine precious gemstones, and are not sold as fine jewellery or as an investment. Colours, finishes, and stone placement may vary slightly between pieces as they are handcrafted.

2. Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best, keep it dry, store it away from moisture and perfume, and avoid wearing it while bathing or swimming. Plating and finishes naturally wear over time. Some people may be sensitive to certain metals; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Card payments are processed securely by Square. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred). If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. US customers are responsible for any import duties.

6. Returns

Returns are limited to items that arrive broken or damaged, handled by email as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — images, text, and branding — belongs to Plush Jewels and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plush Jewels is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our jewellery is intended as fashion accessories.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
